1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products (e.g., hygiene or intimate items)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or software

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@rodruguezdeals.store with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged item
  • An incorrect item received

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rodruguez Deals is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before the refund is posted)
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@rodruguezdeals.store

 

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@rodruguezdeals.store with your order details.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
