At Rodruguez Deals, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the key details regarding our shipping methods, timelines, and procedures.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we will communicate any changes to processing times via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the United States and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on location)
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — please check our homepage or promotional emails for updates.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@rodruguezdeals.store.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Rodruguez Deals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you, but additional shipping fees will apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rodruguez Deals is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after being marked as delivered:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or delivery provider
- Reach out to us so we can assist in contacting the carrier
7. Delays Due to Customs (for International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times and cannot predict delays.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at your request, but a new shipping fee will be charged. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges).
